Bowel Research UK are delighted to offer a new range of Virtual Challenges that you can complete in your local area.

Earn a medal by completing a set distance of your choice. Whether you walk, run or climb – there is a challenge to suit you.

Pay £25 to sign up with no fundraising target or sign up for free if you can raise £100 towards bowel research.
