To anybody that knows me well enough knows i always have a fag in my hand, always the first to suggest a fag break. I have smoked for 15 years tried several times to stop and failed miserably!
BUT....
This time i have made a promise to a man i love so dearly. A promise I cannot and will not break! This man has never let me down hes worked so hard to come over massive challenges thrown at him and now i owe him something back. For you granda i pledge that tonight 20/11/19 i will smoke my last cigarette and never look back! Please dig deep and donate folks donations are to a charity very close to my heart. And it would mean the world to me to have everyones support! I apologise in advance for my mood swings and general misery 🙈
